property is always clean and office staff are always helpful and courteous. Ownership has recently changed hands and after speaking with them I don't feel that anything will change.

I started renting from this facility in March 2025, and in the end of June 2025 I noticed mold was growing in my unit. I pay for climate controlled services but the building my unit was located in was hot and humid (leading to the mold growth). I asked the office how long the unit had been out of AC and it had been down for a minimum of 2 weeks. Since becoming an Extra Space run facility this place raises your rental rate by almost 15% often. I have had my unit for years and years. I had been a very happy customer till Extra Space bought the property. In the last 6 months my rate has increased TWICE. I recommend using any other facility.
