I have had an amazing experience so far with this company. They have been able to assist me and answer all of my questions regarding move in, payments, lease etc. I looked at a couple places before renting and I am glad I chose to go with Extra Space. This is my first time ever using a storage unit and they have made this a stress- free experience.
We are glad we rented a storage unit at extra space storage, it was easy to reserve a unit online and the unit we were given was the perfect size for us. Fallon, the manager was very helpful and friendly. Extra Space was also less expensive than other storage Facilities in the area.
Much appreciated hospitality, clean units and accommodating customers service. This is the only storage facility I’ll use because it’s secluded and reputable. Great security measures.
This is an older storage facility, it looks like they just painted it and replaced some doors. It is storage so we don’t ask much on the looks side. Today we got a notice that our $83 storage (which was a great deal) is going up $80, yes $80 as in doubling next month. I get you need to raise rates sometime but doubling rent is crazy. When I am done typing this review I am searching for a new storage place.
Okay. My experience was being thankful for getting to a facility that had been privately owned for many, many years. Especially after renting from a large chain, who increased the rent about months in. You know, as soon as you get it all full. So, of course, I was glad to have remembered this place, then to be assured that, that would not happen here.
