Upon my initial visit at Extra Space Storage, I was warmly welcomed and greeted by Jacqueline Young. She was very thorough, informative, as well as professional. She answered all the questions that I had pertaining to the storage and gave a great tour of the facility. Jacqueline was amazing. She was patient and very descriptive about all polices and processes. She offered some of the best customer service I’ve encountered in years.
We had a great experience renting from Crestwood location of Extra Space Storage. Facility is new, clean, and climate controlled. Jacqueline and Gloria are so helpful and friendly! All units are first floor. There are multiple doors with keypads so you can access the building from multiple sides depending on where your unit is located. Carts are available to help load/unload. They have a good variety of unit sizes as well. You can prepay for a maximum of 6 months at once.
The facility was extremely clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always available to answer questions. Beware that the online pricing does not include the required insurance that must be purchased in addition to the rental fee. The pricing was fair, and I appreciated the flexibility of their rental options.
Jacqueline and Kia were very nice and informative in me signing up for the first time with Extra Space. Jacqueline was very patient and made me feel comfortable with everything.
