I had an issue with the billing for my storage unit. I spoke with Purity and she was very kind and very helpful. She researched and throughly explained my issue. She even offered to make adjustments where she could. Purity displayed excellent customer service and made sure to follow up once adjustments were completed.
The facility was easy to access, always clean, employees walked through the units in the evening, and I always felt safe. Upon move out, Trisha was extremely helpful and made the process seamless. I even called before they opened and she called me back from seeing a missed call.
Easy to setup. Easy to access. Employees are walking the building and doing lock checks. I am pleased again. This is my third time to rent from Extra Space. I am thankful for the excellent service that they provide I also want to personally thank Jacqueline for her help and attention to detail!
I had a truly wonderful experience with Jacqueline Young. Her warm, positive spirit and gracious demeanor made every interaction a pleasure. She’s not only pleasant to work with but also impressively knowledgeable; an absolute standout. Thanks again for your help!
