I'm really happy with Extra Space Storage! This facility is very new and clean, and the manager was friendly and helpful. Prices are really good compared to other spots (I compared a few) and I love that the units are air-controlled. They also have an app to access the units, making it extra convenient. My storage unit is on the basement floor but they have plenty of carts for us to move things and the elevator is big. I got a courtesy call from Anthony at extra storage space about my bill and was able to stop by in time and make payment on time and when I got there I was greeted by both Anthony and Robert and were very friendly and professional and even got a courtesy water. It was fast easy and friendly service. Will recommend this place to anyone in searching. Thank you guys!
My mom and I visited the rental storage today and we were happy with the size and how clean everything is kept. There is a ton of security cameras, so we feel comfortable leaving our household items here knowing that the area is carefully watched and secure. The staff is friendly as well and answered all of our questions that we had.

Just leased a summer storage unit for my student and had a great experience. Adrian at the Goleta location was very knowledgeable and friendly and set us up with the right unit and lease for our needs. He answered all my questions and gave useful instructions.
