I'm really happy with Extra Space Storage! This facility is very new and clean, and the manager was friendly and helpful. Prices are really good compared to other spots (I compared a few) and I love that the units are air-controlled. They also have an app to access the units, making it extra convenient. My storage unit is on the basement floor but they have plenty of carts for us to move things and the elevator is big. My mom and I visited the rental storage today and we were happy with the size and how clean everything is kept. There is a ton of security cameras, so we feel comfortable leaving our household items here knowing that the area is carefully watched and secure. The staff is friendly as well and answered all of our questions that we had.
Just leased a summer storage unit for my student and had a great experience. Adrian at the Goleta location was very knowledgeable and friendly and set us up with the right unit and lease for our needs. He answered all my questions and gave useful instructions. I had a great experience with this storage unit facility. The space was clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole rental process was quick and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing extra storage!
Staff, Amin and Anthony, were helpful and flexible. They assisted me in extending my reservation date and in getting a second unit close to the first. They had the best prices in town. Only downsides for me were the lack of parking and you must use their unique type of lock whichwould have been fine if I had known in advance.
