This situation happens in October/2024 till now, anything was solved and they just offer 3 months free, what obviously doesn’t work! I will not take money from my pocket to redo all documents, take day off, and everything what is supposed since you guys are not professional and trustworthy how is supposed!!! I would like some information on what can be done to resolve this issue or to be directed to someone who really knows how to guide me!
