Absolutely DO NOT store your stuff here. They are shady as hell and will jack your storage fees up with no notice. And when I say "jack up", I mean by nearly 400%. I signed up for a 10x6 space here and the first of many red flags was that the guy on site, who was great, to be fair, kept showing me spaces that weren't anywhere near 10x6 and then admitting it. apparently, ESS had just taken over the building and they didn't really know what they had. I woke up to a $100 increase on my unit without being informed prior. This is a ridiculous increase to a unit and to not inform a customer is absurd. I wish the original owner never sold the building to this company. I would never recommend a company that doesn't care about the customers money. They use a poor excuse of saying the market increase so they just have to deal with it. This is a horrible company.
