I filled out everything on the website and got a new storage unit in less than 5 minutes. I was already on site. The office called me as I was walking in & basically just handed me the keys! Awesome service! Easy and quick!
My experience was awesome. Went out there the first day and they made me feel at home, went out there the second time around two weeks later like I was back home again. The space is great. The location is super.
Management is so helpful! Great storage unit. Super clean, secure, and easy for us to access. Communication with management has been great.
Customer service is amazing....it's very clean, has AC, and all the units are well ventilated and numbered.....our unit lights up when we open it...they also provide flatbed dollys for our use...there is an elevator for 2nd floor access
So far so good! Arrangement for storage unit went smoothly. Next comes the actual access and move-in in a week or so. I expect that to go well as well! Happy thoughts!
