Jeff was extremely helpful in accommodating my husband and I. He went above and beyond to come up with a solution to our problem that was time sensitive. Our experience was very good . Initially it was called Cube Smart then it changed to Extra Space storage. The only complaint I have is the pricing increased significantly by the time we were able to remove our belongings.
Used Extra Space Storage in Osprey to store our furnishings for 9 months. Staff were always courteous, friendly and quick to answer any of our questions. We had a first floor indoor unit, no pests observed and facility very clean. Love they have carts available for tenant use, was very helpful to transport items from unit to vehicles. Prices were better than surrounding facilities. Seamless check in and out process. Highly recommend and would use again in the future if the need arose.
This place is the best! The managers know the facility, and understand what a customer needs. The check was quick and easy. No time wasted. I would recommend them.
I recently found myself in need of some storage close to home. Since I had previously rented from Extra Space Storage in Venice, I decided to stop by to inquire at the Osprey location. Jeff Davis helped me find the perfect storage rooms for my needs. Although we walked around the property for quite a while, he was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the units. Then, he helped us with the registration and answered more questions. Very professional! A++++++
Jeff, who works there lives in my neighborhood, and my experience with Jeff and Extra Space has been better than any other storage facilities I have used .. very good
