I recently rented a unit from Extra Space Storage in Osprey on the W/S of 41. Jeff is the manager and was extremely accommodating. He took his time showing me different options and costs. After checking several locations in the area, he gave me the best price and made signing up quick and simple. The place is secure and clean. I would recommend this facility for storage.

We have been customers for close to three years and have been impressed with the cleanliness and ease of doing business at ExtraSpace storage. Recently we had the need to downsize and worked with Jeff Davis who was pleasant and professional through the entire process and made the change to a smaller unit as easy as possible. Thanks Jeff!

I only gave it one star because I had to in order to post this message. Very unfair pro ration of fees. I rented from x/21 -x21 of the next month. I had paid up thru 12/21/24. On12/21/24 I was billed for the months rent from 12/21/24-1/21/25 and it was paid if full. I moved out on 12/26/24. They would have been able to rent my unit beginning on 12/27/24 to anyone who might need it and keep my money from 12/21/24-1/21/25 and also collect rent from another renter for most of the same period. 5 star service all the way from start to finish!! Jeff was very helpful in my check in on the phone and then later when I had to upgrade my unit before I moved in I was extremely satisfied with my whole experience!! Thank you Jeff!! You’re the best!!
