Very easy to set up the app. Brooke made everything super easy. Very clean and well protected. Feel comfortable storing some of my belonging there.
I called Extra Space to reserve a unit. Then things went a little chaotic and i didnt get to move at that time. A very helpful and kind lady from Extra Space, Amy Taylor, called me back to see if I needed any assistance with the unit. She was so helpful and so knowledgeable about the storage space that I needed and the size I needed. She was very concerned about helping me decide what I needed to do. She listened patiently and earnestly and her input was very helpful. I will be using Extra Space again.
The customer service at Extra Space Storage is outstanding. Brooke went above and beyond to assist me in selecting my unit. She worked to find ways to assist me to accommodate my disability in accessing my storage unit. She is a tremendous asset to the Extra Space Storage team.
Brooke was so sweet and helpful! I’ll definitely be recommending her and this storage facility to anyone who has any storage needs! Expectations exceeded!! Received extra great service from Extra Space Storage!!
