They doubled our rent in 3 months&didn't tell us,very decieving,can't be trusted.Dont rent you will be sorry

Everything is fine except they give you 5 days grace period and if you are late, they charge you a 53$ late fee. That’s really unhelpful when I’m already struggling to pay bills, that’s obviously why I’m late. No exceptions for the late..ever.
