Outstanding experience with Extra Space Storage! It is easy to set up an account/storage unit. I only needed the storage unit for one month while I transitioned to a new home. The day after I had moved out all my belongings, I received a text message & email notifying me my move-out was complete, with no extra charges, and that my credit card had been removed from their system. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND "EXTRA SPACE STORAGE!"
I have used 2 Life Storage facilities which are now Extra Space and they both were great! They were kept clean, the staff always helpful and were easy to move out of whenever you’re ready! I just needed once again to rent storage space and deliberately chose Extra Space even though it may not have been the closest storage facility. Chandler was superb! He was kind and patient when showing us the sizes of units we needed. He explained the lease very thoroughly and we were very pleased. I would recommend this location 100%!
Very nice place. Clean. Secure. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. And I had a lot. She was very informative and knowledgeable. She showed me multiple units and asked me about the stuff I was gonna be using the storage for. This is a great place. I have no complaints
