11/7/24 Update: I was able to get in touch with Nate, the manager, to try to find some sort of resolution for my unfortunate experience storing at this location. Nate was able to offer me a 2 month rent refund, which was appreciated. While I’m obviously still very disappointed with my storing experience resulting in mold damage to my items, I am pleased with Nate’s response and professionalism when dealing with this situation. Location and unit were easily accessible, clean, climate controlled and affordable. The management representative was friendly and efficient and went above and beyond to provide information and assistance. I would recommend this business to anyone.
The facility is fantastic, so new and clean compared to my prior storage unit. Nate the manager has been great with the setup and accommodations! Big shout out to owners Trevor and Scott for helping me and providing a truck, trailer and assistance in moving my furniture and supplies!
So far so good. Nate the manager was super helpful and friendly. I got a great storage space with a super convenient location with in the facility. Everything appears extremely clean as expected. I’m downsizing from 10x10 at another place to a 10x7 here to my incredible shrinking life! Lol.
Nate was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Extra Space Storage has convenient locations and great hours that made it the best choice for our current needs. Thank you!
