After shopping around several area storage facilities I chose Extra Space Storage in Westlake. Head and shoulders above other facilities in every way. Five star facility and five star staff. Courtney is wonderful, kind, helpful and went above and beyond to help us. She is a gem. Nate is also terrific and responsive. Great check in experience. Nate was awesome to work with. This is a new storage facility. Secured gated facility with huge storage bays. I store a 38ft class a motorhome here. Very clean and friendly. Less than a mile from the highway.
Facility clean & well lit. Access easy. Chris Johnson made this rental process easy. Chris even walked me through the entire process staring with gate opening - opening to pull your vehicle into - and showed me the actual unit with demonstration of using the cylinder lock! Friendly & professional - thank you, thank you!
11/7/24 Update: I was able to get in touch with Nate, the manager, to try to find some sort of resolution for my unfortunate experience storing at this location. Nate was able to offer me a 2 month rent refund, which was appreciated. While I’m obviously still very disappointed with my storing experience resulting in mold damage to my items, I am pleased with Nate’s response and professionalism when dealing with this situation. Great service. Nate was wonderful to deal with. Make the process very simple and short! was very patient with me and showed me all the units I was interested in. They have very good rates! Would recommend Extra Space Storage!
