Moved in After hurricane Helene at a good rate $40 month. At one year it is now in excess of $100. Moved out. They could have cared less to be losing a customer. I have a unit on Cita Drive in NPR started there at $100 and a year later at over $300. That one I am stuck with it until my house is ready.
