How I feel first experience with Extra Space storage? Real nice area you back in too or drive in, your choice. 3 unloading area's. actually really nice. Our needs with Extra space took us to third floor, well at first i wasn't quite sure about third level! When we were taken up to 3rd floor I was like nice for sure. The way building is set up for us the customer it works. Thus far, I will say I'm happy we made the change.
I just wanted to let everyone know, I am very happy with extra space storage. They have treated me very well and good prices super service. Everyone has handled things very professionally and also very friendly. I want to give a big shout out to store manager Liz and Colleen they have been great helping me find the right storage space best for my things! Thanks again
First I would like to thank Liz, the attendant that works in Extra Space for her knowledge in helping me choose the storage space I needed. Additionally she has a great personality, the place is brand new and kept very clean. I love the convenience knowing that the storage is very near my house. Thank you Liz for your help.
We had a super great experience with the agent who helped us get set up. I originally had called just seeing if the new facility had opened up, and instead of physically going there to sign a lease for a space she was able to help me over the phone within 10 minutes. We got access to keys and our unit seamlessly and we were able to gain entry and start storing the same day.
So far, I' just reserved a unit, it's been a 5 star experience. Frankie took great care of me when they called to confirm my reservation and to see if I had any questions. We'll see what happens when I get there.
