Sharay was amazing! Her customer service was top notch. She was patient, answered all our questions. If she didn't know the answer, she hopped on the phone & to ask her boss. She was an absolute delight to deal with.
We have had a few units at extra storage space and just got a few more at this newer location. Super easy, clean and friendly staff. Michelle made our lives so easy! She's the BEST!!!!

This is a great facility with a Great Manager, Michelle is not only very professional but she is very friendly as well. Michelle made the sign up process a breeze. The Front office and storage units are nice and very clean. No bugs or webs the minute she is aware of one she sprays. The app for the entry gate is very convenient, not only do you not have to remember a very long code, you don' even have to get out of your vehicle simply open and close it from the app with a push of a button. My storage got broken into idk why i still rent here but this is my 3rd time coming and the gate is just wide open ! Not to mention no cameras in the hallway or close to units . If u do decide to rent make sure to get insurance! It was literally clear that they stole so much stuff out of my unit and I still had to go get a police report before I got any type of help. I only needed a short period of time for rental. I did everything the worker told us to do which was make sure the unit is empty before we get charged and lock left. Of course that isn't what happened cause I was still charged and then calling to deal with an arrogant manager( supposedly, she wouldn't give me her name) was so much fun. I get she hates her job but that doesn't mean she can steal from hard working people.
