I had an exceptional experience at this storage facility! Best prices I could find in town! They even gave me full insurance on my unit making me feel protected while away from my things! Amanda was super helpful and even showed me the different unit sizes and gave a general idea of how much space I would need for the items I’m storing! Super happy!
Amanda was great! She walked me around the units to make sure I got the size I needed and then when I came back a week later to officially rent the unit she remembered me by name. The process was fast and easy!
I’m editing this from 5 to 1 star. They had an easy set up and clean units. However this was moving weekend. The whole reason for the unit. The first few trips prior to the move were flawless but when we needed to get into the unit with four cars and truck loaded, on a Sunday afternoon, the code didn’t work. We called support who called the manager and they said nothing they could do. That we’d have to wait til Monday business hours.
