I recently had a terrific experience with ExtraSpace storage in El Sobrante. The padlock on my unit would not open and Ian in the office helped me with some WD 40 and my lock opened. After we opened the lock Ian pointed out that it was corroded and he suggested it might cause me trouble in the future. And then, to my surprise Ian said "here, have a new lock on us!" extra space storage in San Pablo exceeding my expectations. They are undergoing much needed mprovements that the last owners neglected. The price was right and the facility was managed by a pleasant associate who I believe was Jennifer. Jennifer was thorough and extremely patient with me as I asked a moonful of question. Wow! This place has cleaned up nicely since Extra Space and the new Manager have taken over. Finally someone answers the phone and there's always someone on site that I can get a hold of. The new rates are great too.
Well I have to say I was totally SHOCKED on how easy it was to switch over my contracts. And I really like the fact that now I have access to units until 10pm. Before I had to be out by 6pm. And everything stays the same!! So far so good!! And Ian who was in the Office was really nice & easy to talk too!!
