Ian was awesome. I've rented at this location under the old owners, but I always had to sweep the floor and cobwebs away myself. Ian went above and beyond when he showed me the unit and jumped in with his 🧹, and it was cleaned before I moved in. It's an aged location, so I am only using it for storing family textbooks, no jewelry or valuables, , I know what I need and received what I paid for. Imagine if Ian was working at a modern location with (gasp) elevators!!!

Extremely helpful and kind staff with some of the nicest customer service—Ian is the best to work with! I love the hours of operation. I appreciate how easy it is to talk to someone and pay my bill over the phone, even if it’s after normal business hours. :)
