Me and my mom were in the area shopping around different unit options and pricing. We came across this place because the prices were awesome. We get to the place and its even better in person. We liked the climate control and the property was clean. I adored the store manager Briana, and not because we have the same name but because how attention to detail she was. We will be renting with her in the future!
All and all, my experience with this particular Extra Space Storage has been good. It is all because of Jill. She has given me stellar customer service and corrected every issue I have had. I cannot say that of all of the employees I have spoken with at this location have been pleasant. Jill has more than made up for my bad interactions and I will continue to utilize this facility as long as she is there!
The customer service here is outstanding. The staff is very friendly, professional and courteous. The facility is clean. The prices are awesome. Briana was very helpful and explained everything that I needed to know about my unit. I will be recommending this site to others
Extra space takes over and just like that there's three moving carts in the entire facility, and only one of them being full sized. The ease of access was due to the prior company that Extra Space bought out, called " storeease " . Now all of a sudden I have to look throughout the entire building to find one of the three carts. Extra Space , why can't you bring in a few new carts to make things easier? It took me an extra 45 minutes getting all my things inside.
Jill is EXCELLENT!! I have been a customer for while. Her personality is awesome! Any questions I had she answered them and gave her honest opinion. My transfers between units she made easy.
