Jill at Extra Space is awesome, extremely knowledgeable and understanding. She went out of her way to help us in an unfortunate situation. She was patient with me and kept me up to date on my status at the facility. I appreciate her to the fullest
Extra space takes over and just like that there's three moving carts in the entire facility, and only one of them being full sized. The ease of access was due to the prior company that Extra Space bought out, called " storeease " . Now all of a sudden I have to look throughout the entire building to find one of the three carts. Extra Space , why can't you bring in a few new carts to make things easier? It took me an extra 45 minutes getting all my things inside.
The facility manager (Jill) and staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. I truly appreciated their assistance. The facility is well lighted, clean and provide carts to help you put your belongings in storage unit. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them. Thank you very much, Jill 👍🏾
Since ExtraSpace storage has taken over this location. I have had nothing but a great rapport with staff. although the switch was a bit confusing for me. The store manager himself was able to personally give me a call to explain the changes. We not only had a great and successful conversation about changes in the facility, and how the security and safety of my storage unit has improved, but I was able to have a pleasant and personal experience. Renting a unit online was really easy! The app is very user friendly and allows you to gain access to your unit digitally! Units are clean and spacious. Will use this company any time we need storage.
