Geovanie was very professional and polite when I approached him about transferring from my unit to a bigger unit. He went over pricing and timing with me as well as the ADA services they offer. The day of the transfer he installed the ADA hand straps to the door and adhered a Handicapped sign to the side of the unit, making it easier for me to access. The building is brand new and is being kept up nicely.
We had to get a 10x30 unit for a remediation company to store our house belongings after severe storm damage. They were extremely helpful & worked with us & our insurance company. We ended up having to add another 10x30 unit & a 10x20 once entire contents had to be stored. Very convenient to where we are leasing & easy to access whenever!
I watched the construction of this facility and when it looked like it was ready to start renting spaces, went to see what they had to offer. Just by chance, I went to the Extra Space website and found out that it is less expensive to rent your space online, you can go to the individual site for any of their locations and see a complete listing of every size that they offer at that facility, along with its amenities, a site map etc. I still had a couple of questions so I called the toll free number for their headquarters a... read more
New, clean and climate controlled. Loaded up our unit yesterday, even though on the 2nd floor it was pretty easy. Fast responsive elevators. Overall a great experience
Geovanie was extremely helpful in renting a storage unit. We came in just to see a unit, and he made us feel comfortable with leaving our items at this location. His attention to detail is amazing. Thank you to Geovanie and the team!
