My husband and I are new customers at Extra Space Storage. We rented an interior, 10x10 unit and brought some items to Extra Space Storage today. We were very happy to see that there was a friendly staff member (Jim) on site during business hours. Today we just needed some basic information, but if we ever have important questions, it’s great to know there is someone to help you. The unit is immaculate and very convenient to access. We are very happy we chose Extra Space Storage!
It was so easy to rent online and Jim was quick to reply to any questions I had. I ended up needing another small unit and quickly responded so that I could get a little bit of a discount on it. I highly recommend the storage unit. Easy access. Clean and modern facility.

Very clean facility, well-managed, well-lit and ventilated. Good access to freight elevators. Could have a few more wheeled carts around in various places.
We checked out last week, after roughly 10 years, of renting a unit at Extra Storage. The Units are very clean with excellent climate control. It's a well run organization. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Jim has been very helpful and accomodating. Reflecting during the last 10 years, no incidents or any drama with the facility. It was great to have peace of mind that our "stuff" was secure and safe. Strongly recommended this facility for your storage needs.
