Great storage facility. Jim is super helpful. I went on a weekend and had trouble getting into the building because it was my first time. I called customer service and they helped me with getting in. Facility is clean and well lit. Definitely better than some I’ve vidited

We checked out last week, after roughly 10 years, of renting a unit at Extra Storage. The Units are very clean with excellent climate control. It's a well run organization. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Jim has been very helpful and accomodating. Reflecting during the last 10 years, no incidents or any drama with the facility. It was great to have peace of mind that our "stuff" was secure and safe. Strongly recommended this facility for your storage needs.

I’ve been a customer of A Plus for years and I was admittedly nervous about the transition to new ownership and a new company. Not only was the transition handled with thought and care, but when I needed help tonight, Jim was outstanding. Super personable, helpful and quick with what I needed! Fast, easy and efficient to get a unit reserved here. Jim is very friendly and knowledgeable. Units are larger than any storage I’ve had before.
