It was so easy to rent online and Jim was quick to reply to any questions I had. I ended up needing another small unit and quickly responded so that I could get a little bit of a discount on it. I highly recommend the storage unit. Easy access. Clean and modern facility.
Great storage facility. Jim is super helpful. I went on a weekend and had trouble getting into the building because it was my first time. I called customer service and they helped me with getting in. Facility is clean and well lit. Definitely better than some I’ve vidited
Very clean facility, well-managed, well-lit and ventilated. Good access to freight elevators. Could have a few more wheeled carts around in various places.
We checked out last week, after roughly 10 years, of renting a unit at Extra Storage. The Units are very clean with excellent climate control. It's a well run organization. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Jim has been very helpful and accomodating. Reflecting during the last 10 years, no incidents or any drama with the facility. It was great to have peace of mind that our "stuff" was secure and safe. Strongly recommended this facility for your storage needs.
