I visited the location to rent a storage unit. The office was locked and there was a sign to call the manager. I called the manager. He was out in the yard and would be in the office shortly I explained I was looking for a large drive up storage facility. As he was showing me what he had available the phone rang. He answered the phone and carried on a personal conversation that had nothing to do with storage while I waited.
