I thought my visit to Extra Space would take all of 10 to 15 minutes. I've had the same storage unit since 2007, through several different changes in ownership. But its been well over a year since my last visit. First, I noticed all the nice upgrades done by Extra Space. I went to unlock the unit, but the lock was stuck. I’ve had a space for some time now and never had a problem with anything. When I called, whoever I spoke to was always friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable and affordable. Overall experience good!
Office staff were professional, informative, and helpful. The site grounds are neat and clean. I was particularly happy the unit size I wanted, 8 X 12, had a new, wooden floor to store my items on. If the walls and ceiling had been re-painted, it would have felt even more clean. Some units we saw were outright dirty. I'd recommended this site for it's convenience. All units are only one story.
