Office staff were professional, informative, and helpful. The site grounds are neat and clean. I was particularly happy the unit size I wanted, 8 X 12, had a new, wooden floor to store my items on. If the walls and ceiling had been re-painted, it would have felt even more clean. Some units we saw were outright dirty. I'd recommended this site for it's convenience. All units are only one story.
Definitely do not recommend this place. Broken into on two separate occasions during one week and the manager was not helpful WHAT SO EVER! Went to make a police report and the deputy informed me that 2 other people already had called in about their trailers and when the deputy asked to review footage, the cameras were not working that night of the apparent break in. I like we're im at. The property is very clean and organized its been a really long time since I've seen the customer restroom clean and now I never have to worry about it. The beautiful women in the office are great. Amber especially she knows how to talk to people and has good communication.
My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Amber. Despite having just met with her, she was very friendly and yet, keeping it professional which made the entire interaction pleasant. The facilities were getting a fresh coat of paint, so we were unable to find our spot due to the canvassing and plastic tarps. We called Amber and she arrived on an electric cart and helped us find our way. Very positive vibes here!
