I’ve had an exceptional experience with both Zack and Lorie here at this facility. They’re both very a pleasure to work with, very informative, and they genuinely care about their customers. My needs have been met and exceeded thus far and I can tell that isn’t going to change if Lorie or Zack have a hand in it. The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and well operated. This business is fully deserving of a 5+ star review.

Lorie at Extra space storage was very friendly and very helpful with every bit of information she gave me with the unit I cleaned out. She was a very kind woman and bonus points for her on the deposit return I received. 5 stars and very satisfied all the way with her services!

Lorie, Was so conscious to give me a good unit, It took us about two hours to get a good unit. I thought I needed a little unit, but it seems by Lorie We figured the unit I need is A 10 x 15. If not been for somebody else, I probably would’ve stayed with a small unit. I really appreciate everything Lorie did!! And I appreciate Extra Space Storage for being here.

Awesome, super easy. I had been looking online for awhile and was hesitant about it. Finally went to easy storage and Lori and Zack were both super helpful, respectful and friendly. Truly thank you for the easy process

This facility is well managed and is kept remarkably clean compared to other storage facilities that I’ve seen in the past. Between the fencing, gates, and cameras, I feel very confident that my belongings are safe here. I’ve been renting a space here for several years now and would not consider any place else in the Ringgold area. Their manager Lori is very sweet and is very attentive to the renters needs. She takes lots of pride in her job at the facility and it shows! Thank you Lori for the great experience.
