Awesome, super easy. I had been looking online for awhile and was hesitant about it. Finally went to easy storage and Lori and Zack were both super helpful, respectful and friendly. Truly thank you for the easy process

Lorie, Was so conscious to give me a good unit, It took us about two hours to get a good unit. I thought I needed a little unit, but it seems by Lorie We figured the unit I need is A 10 x 15. If not been for somebody else, I probably would’ve stayed with a small unit. I really appreciate everything Lorie did!! And I appreciate Extra Space Storage for being here.

This facility is well managed and is kept remarkably clean compared to other storage facilities that I’ve seen in the past. Between the fencing, gates, and cameras, I feel very confident that my belongings are safe here. I’ve been renting a space here for several years now and would not consider any place else in the Ringgold area. Their manager Lori is very sweet and is very attentive to the renters needs. She takes lots of pride in her job at the facility and it shows! Thank you Lori for the great experience.

Laurie made setting up a storage unit rental a breeze. I highly recommend this place. She is friendly, welcoming, answers all of my crazy questions, and did everything she could to make this a easy process for me. Huge plus was her mindfulness about my personal information privacy as well.
