I’ve had an exceptional experience with both Zack and Lorie here at this facility. They’re both very a pleasure to work with, very informative, and they genuinely care about their customers. My needs have been met and exceeded thus far and I can tell that isn’t going to change if Lorie or Zack have a hand in it. The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and well operated. This business is fully deserving of a 5+ star review.
Great customer service. Was helpful throughout the whole unit cleaning process. Lorie was communicative and respectful. Overall a wonderful Auction cleaning experience.
Lorie at Extra space storage was very friendly and very helpful with every bit of information she gave me with the unit I cleaned out. She was a very kind woman and bonus points for her on the deposit return I received. 5 stars and very satisfied all the way with her services!
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Lorie the Store Manager was very nice and helpful when it came to time to get everything I needed for my unit!! Also a very secure place/location to store stuff!!
