My initial experience with Extra Space was excellent!! I filled out an online reservation & Lori called me within minutes to follow up. She was knowledgeable & made sure she went over all the details with me before I signed the agreement. She also took extra time to show me the units so I could pick which one I wanted. The facility is very clean. These people have been fantastic so far. Brand new and very extremely clean facilities. Lori and Adam have gone out of their way to help me even when I confusingly rented and then no longer needed some additional space. Highly recommend.
Lorie was super helpful, made the experience quick and easy and informed me of everything I needed to know. She was lovely to work with, and the property and spaces are incredibly clean, well kept and monitored and secure.
Lori was absolutely wonderful to work with. She answered all of our questions and gave us a fair price. Will definitely use Extra Space for all of our storage unit needs in the future.
