Mr. Cliff, is doing a wonderful job of reviving this place. I can tell that he’s a hard worker. He actually shows up to work and was there as the hours stated he should be, which is not the case for many storage facilities. So, I appreciate that. Cliff’s customer service is exemplary. I needed space to park a construction equipment at night for a few days. It took him only a few minutes to send me the necessary paper work on line to rent me a space that was convenient for my need. I am out of town and my contractor needed the space. The whole process was handled remotely and expeditiously
I just wanted to share how kind and easy the gentleman in the front office makes it for me. My mom rents a storage unit here. She has since developed dementia and I am her legal guardian. I went in to update stuff so I can have access to helping with payments and access to her unit. I was thinking it was going to be a big ordeal but he was so nice and patient with me and made the whole process easy and painless. Just want to thank him for being so kind
Jessica was amazing. We use the storage for our business and she helped us out getting into our unit when we had an issue with our key. This facility has been cleaned up, repainted, and the people in the office are so easy to deal with and friendly.
Cliff is the absolute best! I needed a unit to store some household decor and totes and I needed it quickly and he walked me through the process quickly and efficiently. The man deserves a raise and a bonus! The work that he has put into the property is outstanding! Will store with Cliff at the Astrozon location for all my storing needs from now on.
