I was just needing some extra room for my stuff and had already gone to a few other storage places before this one. The difference in customer service here was night and day. Patrice was incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful through the whole process. She made everything simple and stress-free, which was such a relief after dealing with other places that made things feel complicated or impersonal. Really thankful for how easy and smooth everything was.
