I had no bad experience. I spoke with Brandy over the phone, who was more than helpful. Her customer service was impeccable. You don't get much customer service these days, but she made a difference. She helped me out with the knowledge of pricing and everything that I needed to know, I appreciate her very much, no improvement needed

I would not recommend any of their facilities. I just received notice that my storage fee has been raised for the 3rd time in less than 9 months. Now, I have to move everything back into my home because there is no way I am paying almost $400 to store my belonging. This company has no shame. No wonder I am always seeing empty units and unpaid units. Do not fall for the low cost to store your things. That price only last for 3 months. Then your rate will go up an extra $100.
