Everything associated with the facility. Staff, Management, cleanliness, as well as access to storage unit. Office staff, and Security and Maintenance are as should be expected by tenants. Head, & shoulders above most storage facilities in the area. Also, this place is "Community Friendly". Parking front and rear, of facility. 2 Docks for Front, as well as rear. UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY INSULTING!! The only reason I rented at this location is because my autistic son who is an Architect Major home for the summer is completing a internship in the area, seeing we live in Evanston it would be easier for him to access some of his belongings (bad decision) After almost 2 weeks of renting I received a email stating I gave notice to vacate my unit. Extra space storage bought my previous storage unit. They recently raised my rent with NO NOTICE and then the live chat option simply signed off on me after saying I couldn't do anything about, but they'd give me a $6 discount instead. I moved in for 24 hour access as I work nights and weekends and often need to access my performance supplies late or after traffic is over. they implemented inaccessible hours with no notice as well, making it super hard for me to get in. when asked, they brushed me off.
