This "manager" Michelle? Someone teach her how to take a payment properly. Did not call back. All I see is incompetence.
Do not rent here. Lies. No security, no cameras, evidently, according to the manager, thieves easily cut the locks to the gate. We have had a unit here since 2003. Never an issue. This company took it over, doubled our rent. We were here two weeks ago and our unit was fine. Arrived Friday to find a different lock. Went to the manager and she said they have had over 10 break-ins lately and the thieves put new locks on. She cut the lock and almost everything was gone. Beware . The storage facility is nice, but after a couple months they doubled our rate. Don't fall for the advertised prices. We will be happily moving our belongings to a storage company with transparent pricing. 0/10 do not recommend.
