I had issues with identity fraud and that situation set me back on all of my payments. I spoke to the store manager John and he was able to help me to the best of his abilities and I am very grateful. Just move to Vallejo Ca, the establishment is safe and conveniently located. There are other storage facilities in my area but this place gives me peace of mind. Staff has always been courteous and helpful. Shout out to John on helping out during my last visit.

This is an excellent location! Very central to my storage needs throughout the North Bay area. The facility is clean and organized and in a surprisingly overlooked area. It's very unassuming and easy to drive by, so I feel like my stuff is a little safer there than elsewhwere.

Very friendly office staff. The facility is always clean. I really appreciate the access hours and ease of access through the app. The staff is always understanding of any unforeseen circumstances and accommodating.
