Highly recommend for all your storage needs!! John was so helpful these past few days. I reserved an outdoor car space yesterday and he helped me through the whole process and was very attentive and transparent. As it turns out I won’t be needing the spot so I called back today and he was able to reverse the charge and cancel the reservation in a timely fashion. I really appreciate all your kindness and professionalism. It makes all the difference!!
John the storage clerk was fantastic. He asked all the correct questions to gather my price point and storage needs!! It's refreshing to patron a company in 2025 that actually care about your needs and not just company profit. The pricing was what really got my blood flowing. I just need a temporary storage for my business event props, nothing that would break the bank. Extra Storage delivered just that. I would definitely recommend ES for your storage needs. This storage facility has great customer service! The manager on site is always very helpful. He even helped me sort out an issue I had with my unit’s door and the lock being incompatible. Every time I go to my storage, the site always clean and tidy. And I appreciate that new upgraded gate system!
I usually don't leave reviews but thought I needed to for this storage site. The manager John was attentive and the site was clean. I definitely recommend.
