The overall experience myself and daughter were provided with today by Jessica was incredible. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We visited this specific location due to a specific review that was left disrespecting a manager Jessica and this company to see if it was true. It certainly is not true at all. Add on fees and doubling rent with no warning. Absolutely do not rent here. We saw mouse droppings last time we went there and it smells like overpoweringly like chemicals.
We have gotten confusing bills. They add lots of extra fees that are not logical. Even after you make the reservation and pay for it and haven't had any interaction with anybody they wanna add a $35 administrator fee. I got a second unit and was charged a second time for somebody not doing anything. Renter also forced to buy the $20 lock from them. The lights are not very good and go off while working in unit.
