Heather, the manager is just amazing! She makes your move in experience easy and smooth. The facility is so nice and clean. Truly impressed. I highly recommend this facility.
Showed up to the office to get a unit, Lauren was very helpful and showed me several available units of different sizes and locations that were available. We were able to find the right size I needed, and getting signed up was quick and very easy. She also answered all the questions that I had. I would recommend Extra Space Storage on Univeter road to anyone I know who is looking for an indoor or outdoor storage unit.
The customer service at this location can’t be beat. We were looking for a short term rental and were referred to Extra Space. The staff was very professional and courteous. Heather is PHENOMENAL!!! She was so patient and kind when setting up our account and helping us navigate the best options for our needs. There are a ton of storage rental companies in the area and Extra Space is the easy choice.
