Very nice, respectful team. I was assisted by Sierra who was so sweet. She listened to my needs and gave me the right storage for what I’m looking for. I also met Nicole who was also very pleasant. The location is convenient and the storage are all indoor with climate control. Very easy access door, elevator and also a bathroom on the first door. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Extra Space Storage is exceptionally well located in Somerset for me as it is within a few minutes from my home. It is new, remarkably clean and reasonably priced. Nicole is superb at customer service and made the rental process extremely easy. She discussed my needs and then offered suggestions on what she felt would work best for me, then showed me a few units before we made a decision on size and location. She’s extremely helpful! No pressure at all! She is a true gem!
James Abrams, Store Mgr. was courteous and accommodating. He displayed excellent customer service. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in finding exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this facility and the management.
I spoke with the on-site rep today, and he was more than helpful. At my request he walked me through the facility and showed me the size of the units so I can see everything with my own eyes. The facility is incredibly clean and modern compared to the other extra space storage facilities that I have used. I will be renting out two large units tomorrow, but just want to post my review early due to the positive walkthrough I had today.
