I was a customer for about six months and wanted to share a review of Olivia at the Pueblo Avenue location in Napa, California. I have rarely encountered someone as professional, courteous, respectful, and consistently dependable as she is. Olivia went above and beyond to help ensure my personal belongings were not lost after I had to forfeit my storage and my unit was sold. The evening i went in they showed me a 10×10 then they gave me my space # and i brought two truck loads the following day.looked small so i check the measurement 8"×9". So they gave me a new unit after i had put all my stuff in the first one with no comp.i also was told no rent increase for at least 1 year. 4 months later they raised rent 100.00 more. Look for a non extra space storage. They bait and switch and raise price 3 months late

I came I left. These guys use deceptive practices to draw you in and then spank you for falling for it. They wait a couple months for you to move in and then jack your prices. In my case they doubled my rent. They keep customers through attrition, thinking clients will not want to go through the difficulty of moving their stuff again. The office staff are lulled into redirecting blame or institutionally patronizing the customer. All the reviews they serve on top are manipulated by a business widget.
