Shawn was great. Even though it was his last day at the Napa location, he treated me like I was the most important person. Facilities are very clean.
Shaun is great, attentive, and always a pleasure to deal with. I've had multiple units with this company and his exemplary service is far above what I've ever recieved anywhere. He is a wonderful asset to this property.
Excellent, “In Person” customer service! That means there’s actually someone in the office, to answer any questions, and help you have a quick and easy move. Shawn is especially knowledgeable and helpful, patiently taking the time to make sure that your particular storage needs are covered, whether short, or long term. Rented 2 spaces here. Great new facility, clean, very friendly staff. Shawn was amazing to work with. Very easy rentals both over the phone and in person. We did 1 of each.
Stellar experience at the brand new Extra Space Storage! Shawn (Store Manager) could not have been friendlier, helpful and informative. He gave me a small tour of the facilities, let me know how gate access works, and more. At the time of this review, November 2024, this facility has the best prices and value available anywhere in Napa. Run, don't walk, if you want to lock in current rates. Highly recommended! Tell your friends and family!
