It was by far the best customer service and the employees where the only ones who helped me with my situation they showed me the size comparisons of which 2 storages. They helped me with getting payments and things like that arranged even with a dead phone, they went the whole nine yards to help me out today. Even with boxes and a request as well. Shout out the Employee Darryl and Manager Jessy for all the help and the work you guys do. -Antoine
The staff is extremely friendly and the site is super clean and they have an easy process for getting a storage! Definitely recommend!

Jessie was great, and the place was clean. However the business practices border on nefarious. I rented a small storage unit 3 months ago for $66. per month. After 3 months the price skyrocketed to $117. A 78% increase. WOW! I am done with Extra Space after being a customer since 2023. I have moved and downsized 3 times just to keep the same rent! Beware, look at the fine print and ask questions. The reason for two stars and not one is because the managers were always friendly.
