I'm very happy to have found this new facility. The last experience was a nightmare. Anthony helped me who was very honest, helpful, and professional. I got the first 6 months for a 5x5 unit for $24 by signing up and paying for 6 months. After that, it will go to $45 plus the insurance. The facility was secure with a locked gate that went around the units. The units were the size they said they were as I measured a few due to StorQuest stating their units were larger than they were. I have been paying for two storages for years and throwing money out the window. Not only that one was infested with rats. I ended up throwing a lot of my stuff away. Extra space storage is very clean, and well priced. Amanda is top notch and was kind to answer all my questions, which I ask a lot. Her customer service was professional, and you can tell she takes pride in her job as well as her Storage Units! I am very pleased with this place this far

This place is horrible. They started me off at $30 a month. I was explicitly requesting a 12 month lease of the unit, which was directly explained when signing up and registering. Now they have raised the price of my unit over the course of 6 months from $30 to $130!!! Are you Freakingkidding me???? No warning , no message, just raising the price by $100 .
