I had a great experience with Hosea at EasySpace Storage. He was incredibly polite, patient, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. Hosea took the time to answer all my questions and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. His customer service was outstanding, and it really made a difference. Highly recommend working with him!
From the staff to the experience, I would recommend this store first hand! I had a wonderful experience with the store manager, Brittany. I was hesitant at first but Brittany assured me that she would assist with any of my needs pertaining to the storage facility! She worked with me and made me feel comfortable to ask about any questions I was uncertain about. 10/10 would recommend to friends, families and potential customers!

I originally visited this location specifically because of a large sign out front that advertised “1st Month Free.” After speaking with the on-site manager, I was told the sign was mistakenly placed and the promotion wouldn’t be honored. Understandably, I was disappointed and felt misled by what appeared to be false advertising. 10/10 recommend! Staff was very professional, helpful, & knowledgeable. He assisted me in this stressful time in a timely manner with great customer service. Great customer service is hard to come by these days so I truly appreciated that. Because of my experience with him I will continue to give them my business. The storage was nice and clean inside and outside of the property.
