From the staff to the experience, I would recommend this store first hand! I had a wonderful experience with the store manager, Brittany. I was hesitant at first but Brittany assured me that she would assist with any of my needs pertaining to the storage facility! She worked with me and made me feel comfortable to ask about any questions I was uncertain about. 10/10 would recommend to friends, families and potential customers!
10/10 recommend! Staff was very professional, helpful, & knowledgeable. He assisted me in this stressful time in a timely manner with great customer service. Great customer service is hard to come by these days so I truly appreciated that. Because of my experience with him I will continue to give them my business. The storage was nice and clean inside and outside of the property.
Customer services is always pleasing and helpful. Someone is always willing to help. The location of my storage is on Eastern Blvd. The prices are very reasonable as well.
Excellent customer service, friendly and professional staff. Mr. Hosea and the rest of the team were so professional. They ensured that we received unit placement that was convenient for us AND upon our arrival went with us to the unit to ensure that we were satisfied. I rate them and my experience a 10/10
Leto is an AWESOME property manager!! He was very attentive and made sure I felt comfortable with my storage choice and location within the facility. The lobby was nice and clean and I felt comfortable leaving my personal and business valuables there.
