I had a great experience with Hosea at EasySpace Storage. He was incredibly polite, patient, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. Hosea took the time to answer all my questions and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. His customer service was outstanding, and it really made a difference. Highly recommend working with him!
The people were friendly to work with and the facility is extremely clean. What I don't like is where my unit is. There were nothing but empty spaces closer to the door so I don't understand why they put me in what seems like a 1/2 mile to get to my unit.
Hosea was awesome with assisting us with securing our storage unit. The customer service was great. If you're looking for a unit in the local area, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage at 1515 Eastern Blvd.
