I’m really happy using the storage space from the initial setup to even now a few months later. They’ve been kind and helpful with our storage. It’s been a while so I can’t remember the name of the lady who helped us at setup to thank her but recently Jose and Mario helped me. They were able to make sure we kept a fair and reasonable price at the time of the increase instead of double the cost which is what everyone expects when the renewal happens. Great experience renting at this location. Mario was very polite and thorough with the facility tour and rental process. The location is new and clean with an all white interior, nice break from the orange and blue doors of other storage places. Also has gate entry through the app where you don’t need to touch the key pad. Very happy I chose Extra Space.
Unbeatable prices until you receive a notice in the mail informing you that the rate is doubling. When contacting the manager of the location, I was informed that this is a common practice in rentals and that I could simply call him to request a rate reduction. If I had not been aware of this process, I would have been charged double the original amount.
