The office manager Ian is amazing. His personality, professionalism and willingness to help is top notch. The facility is great and very secure. My move out of state was a difficult one but extra space storage is fairly priced and has a variety of unit sizes to accommodate and doesn’t drain your pockets.
My experience with the reception when I called was very helpful to me explain everything that I needed the gentleman at the front desk. He came and show me how to enter into the building how to operate the lock I appreciate him everything he did everything she did touch my heart ,brought tears to my eyes. I’m very thankful of the customer service that they gave me August 30,2025. I will recommend this service to others. May God Bless this business.
Ian and Amber were great. Took care of my concerns and made the rental process a breeze. They gave me no attitude when I discovered I had rented a space that was too small. They got me squared away with a bigger space immediately.
Ian was extremely helpful and integral in making my move as smooth as possible. He’s extremely proactive in ensuring I have everything that I need upon every visit. I’m very satisfied with my experience!
