Darius was fantastic! He answered all of my questions. He was fast and efficient with setting up my reservation and was also very personable. I really appreciated him going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy with renting a space from them. Would 100 percent suggest this company and Darius to anyone. After Darius helped I received a call from Ian the onsite manager just to check on me and how things were going. Makes me feel like I made the best decision to switch to Extra Space storage.

It was so easy to rent a storage unit here! I was able to register online and get into the garage to put things in my unit without having to speak to anyone but could see someone was available in the office if I had needed them. The unit was VERY CLEAN with a lock waiting for me inside of it when I got there. There's a garage you can pull into to unload your things and working elevators for the units on upper levels as well as rolling carts to easily get your things inside. The climate control is working.
