PRICE SCAM: I signed up for $70 and was never told this was a move in special or short term pricing, When asked how long I would be staying I stated this would be long term. 6 months later it went to $120, 6 months after that it went to $240. They could have had a long term customer but chose to price gouge. This was very costly and time consuming to move everything in and now once again rent a U-haul and spend 3 days with 2 people doing it all over again. I'm a business owner in the plaza next door to Extra Space so it's super convenient. Overall I've had a positive experience with the facility. It recently switched from Public Storage to Extra Space. I suppose they sold the business. With that came some changes including a new staff. The gentleman (I use that term lightly) who was working Sunday night was completely rude and disrespectful. I recently used Extra Space for storing household items. I used the facility at Flamingo and the 215 in Las Vegas. It is a spotless facility and the Managers John and Kayla provide exceptional and personal support. I have moved out , but I was having trouble with my lock , but John and Kayla fixed the problem immediately and I was on my way. I highly recommend this facility as a place to store your goods!
