I reserved online with the great promotions they are running and received a call from their store manager Mike. I let him know I would be in the next morning to which he informed me their employee Steve would be working. Steve greeted me with knowledge of my coming in and showed me the property as well as my reserved unit. He explained contract options for which I went with a paid in advance to lock in my rate. Stephen Regolizio was so helpful in setting everything up. He walked me through exactly what was needed to be done and was very patient. The unit fits our needs. Thank you so much extra space storage and Steve.
Fantastic move in experience! Jamie was super helpful and got us into the unit nice and quickly! She helped us with the lock and it was great! Great price too and super easy access!
We came to pay off a storage fee. Steve helped us to get everything straightened out and is a super friendly guy. We appreciated the time he took to explain everything to us as we were adjusting to the switching of companies. The cost of storage per month is unbeatable.
I spoke with Steve who was extremely patient and helpful with acquiring my storage unit. He even gave me great advice to pay in advance a few months to help save money. Overall tremendous experience!
