I had a great experience at this storage facility thanks to Stephen. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and efficient throughout my visit. Stephen answered all my questions with patience and made the process quick and hassle-free. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and friendly these days. I highly recommend this place—Stephen truly made everything smooth and pleasant!
I really appreciate Michael from Extra Space Storage. I ran into some troubles and he was able to assist me as best as he genuinely could. He went above and beyond, validating my feelings and concerns about my unit. Due to moving related things, I've been to a few Extra Space's in the area and have grabbed a couple of spots. Stephen, the Assistant Manager, was very helpful in getting me set up with an affordable unit in this convenient location. Place looks new, is well maintained and clean. Got a great promotional rate too (look for their "flash sales".). This spot is tucked away behind the McDonald's in the Stop n Shop parking lot. Easy access from either side of 37 with the jug handle, etc.
Just signed up for them online. Got a great price for my unit Store Managers called me right away to make sure I was good. Great customer service.
My experience started with a phone call to extra storage on bachelor st. In toms river. Mike who later I discovered was the store manager answered the phone and with exceptional phone etiquette clearly and concisely answered all our questions.. we then went to the storage facility to check out the unit sizes, accessibility and cleanliness to decide which would fill our storage needs.
