I reserved online with the great promotions they are running and received a call from their store manager Mike. I let him know I would be in the next morning to which he informed me their employee Steve would be working. Steve greeted me with knowledge of my coming in and showed me the property as well as my reserved unit. He explained contract options for which I went with a paid in advance to lock in my rate. I spoke with Steve who was extremely patient and helpful with acquiring my storage unit. He even gave me great advice to pay in advance a few months to help save money. Overall tremendous experience!
Location,location, location! Easy access to the beaches. This location is clean and New ! Stephen was amazing he called today to tell me about a storage payment and somehow his bald head ended up making me get my 2nd unit !! Mike is great too!!
I had an amazing experience with a gentleman named Mike, who took a very rough and traumatic experience and turned it into a very positive one. You should be very grateful to have such a gentleman like that working for you. He was amazing. But not just for me he helped several others while I was there and he showed the same consideration and respect to everyone Kudos to you, Mike and merry Christmas to you and your family
My husband and I are very happy with our Public Storage rental. The building is brand new, very clean and all climate controlled. Their prices are very reasonable. Kathleen in the office made the rental process very easy. She was super helpful and very kind. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a storage rental in the area.
