We rented a unit online, it was such an easy process. We stopped by the office the following day, got our key, gate code and met the friendliest manager Sanjay. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the building, the ins and outs of storage. Thrilled we picked this location. Building & units are brand new.
The new Extra Space Storage facility at 366 Wilmington Pike is amazing! Great location, easy access, very clean and many storage size options are currently available. Rates and very competitive especially with first month free! I worked with Ed over the phone, and had my unit reserved in less than 10 minutes!
Ed was very helpful setting me up with the storage unit on the phone. And also helpful when I moved the furniture into storage today. Always friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend the new facility at 366 Wilmington PIke!
Sanjay called to checked in with me after I made my on line reservation. Access was easy, the unit clean and ready to go when I showed up early in the morning on moving day. Couldn't ask for a smoother transaction.
