From the walk in, to closing the deal. Ed was super helpful and really informative. While signing the lease touched on everything in detail which was extremely helpful for me to understand everything u was signing. We had a little hiccup on move in day. So pleased I choose Extra Space Storage for all of my storage needs. The facility is clean and very well maintained. I was pleased with the person I spoke with who explained how everything works in detail. Their prices were great compared to other storage companies. The staff is welcoming and I would not hesitate to recommend for all of your storage needs.
We rented a unit online, it was such an easy process. We stopped by the office the following day, got our key, gate code and met the friendliest manager Sanjay. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the building, the ins and outs of storage. Thrilled we picked this location. Building & units are brand new.
