Seamless and easy to access unit. Great staff walked me through process.
Bobby was friendly and did an exceptional job of explaining all the features of this squeaky-clean facility. He took the time to show us around so we could compare until sizes and answered all of our questions. He even saw that we had dropped our lock outside and returned it to us. Site Mgr. Garrett was quick to return our call and answered additional questions. You could hear his smile over the phone. Both gentlemen were professional and personable. Great Old-Fashioned Customer Service with all the modern conveniences!
Super nice and super professional! Garet showed me around the facility and was very upfront about the prices and showed me the best place to unload. I’ve rented at other storage places before and was never greeted so nicely and shown pure professionalism by an employee. If you’re going to rent a storage unit, this facility is brand new and the manager treats it as such with clean hallways, a clean parking lot, and clean office.
