Neekela was awesome she answered all my questions and even didn’t mind showing me the larger units! She will definitely be handling all my storage needs. The property is clean , has a restroom and very secure. Prices are very reasonable so if you’re looking for a storage place to store your valuables you will definitely be making the right choice!
This storage facility is brand new, having just opened a week ago. The manager, Neekela, is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She gave me a tour and explained how to use the keypad. It’s an excellent place to store your belongings, and I highly recommend this location to everyone.
Neekela Townsend was very inviting and professional. She helped me find the ideal sized unit for my belongings. The price was was extremely affordable and the facility was very well kept and spacious. I would definitely recommend this ExtraSpace Storage to my friends and family. 👍👍
First time visit before deciding to use Extra Space and I was warmly greeted by Neekela. She was very informative and allowed me to see a unit before renting. No pressure to rent. I was able to go online to rent a unit which was a very easy process. It was a pleasure speaking with Neekela as she seemed to really care about my needs. I would totally recommend this location as the customer service from Neekela was exceptional. The units were clean and locks were provided if you didn't bring your own. Very safe and well lit.
Neekela did a Fantastic job!!! I described what my items were and she recommended a perfect size! Very friendly, excellent customer service.
