Steve was absolutely amazing! I came in today to pay my balance and he went above and beyond - showing me bigger units per my request without any hesitation. I have been at this location for about 3 years and the customer service I received today was the best I’ve ever received. I couldn’t appreciate more with his patience and service. Thank you so much Steve for making my interaction today joyful and positive. It’s good to see some new and friendly faces here!
The store manager was exceptionally easy to work with, extremely organized and totally professional. Upon arrival, he had a positive and very thoughtful attitude; which straightway gave you the sense of a very welcoming interaction. The place is quite large yet easy to navigate and very clean inside which demonstrates that management truly cares. Very happy with this place, thanks to the manager.
Updated review: Steve the manager did a phenomenal job of explaining what happened and truly is trying to make things right for tenants Background 1. Planet self storage was sold to extra space storage sometime in Nov 2024 2. Unless updated to the new extra space storage system, all recurring payments were stopped since they are two unaffiliated companies 3. Steve has been incredibly helpful and he came up with the best storage solution that suited my needs. He put my needs first and gave some great advice. I’m very happy with this location.
I stopped in to upgrade my storage unit. Steve Reddington helped me with the process. He was very professional and polite. Great customer service, answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. It’s a quiet, clean facility and I’m very happy with the service!
