I recently rented a storage locker at Extra Space and the customer service to get me set up was very efficient. Steve showed me a number of units that I could choose from and I’m very happy with the unit I rented. The facility is clean and rodent free. I highly recommend this location and I greatly appreciate Steve’s assistance in streamlining the process.
My experience was very good overall. I was a longer term rental, but had very little entry to my unit. However, the staff at Planet was superior, conscientious and efficient. The prices have gone up dramatically though, and I would really think twice about renting again. Thank you.
