I came in to inquire about a storage space. Although I didn’t rent today, Ashley and Kyle were very nice and gave me all the information I needed. If I decide to get a storage space, I will be going with Extra Space Storage and go through them for help. Thanks a lot!
So far things are going well with the new take over from Metro Storage to Extra Space Storage. The office staff that I've met so far have been polite and helpful. If things stay this way I will leave the 3 star rating in place should things improve I will gladly give more stars.
The whole process was easy to set up and use. Unit was clean, easy to access, and the office was helpful throughout the whole process. Joe noticed right away when we were finished and offered to close up our account for us. Thank you!
Jefree is normally the agent I always worked with which his customer services is Excellent! Jefree always goes out of his way and is understanding when I had certain questions about my unit, now that Chris is covering for him right now I can also say Chris is also great, last week he went above and beyond to move me out one unit into my new unit with a great time frame very understanding and great customer service as well! Keep up the great work guys!
This storage company is professional, accommodating and very friendly. Jefferey was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right unit for my needs- driving me to several to see for myself. I never had to wait long to talk to Chris or Jefferey who always returned calls promptly when needed. I Highly recommend this Metro Self Storage
