When I arrived at the facility, I was thrilled to see that the space was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to all my friends and family!
Called right before they were going to close. Spoke to manager Kyle. He was awesome, said he would wait for us and answered all our questions. In person he explained the promotion going on so we could save on the first month. He was knowledgeable and made the overall experience easy and straightforward. The lot is perfect for our work van to be stationed while we don't use it.
So I had a Issue with somethings and right to the Rescue management Kane solved all the issues. And and ask, was there anything they could do? I'm so impressed. with there customer service a 10 out of 10 100% im happy at this storage Facility
Extra Space was there for me exactly when I needed them to be! In a stressed out time Kyle patiently explained everything and answered all questions and concerns I had. Kyle helped me pick out the exact size of unit I would need for my things. He is a complete angel! Above and beyond service and amazing patience with someone who is new to the storage process. I am grateful for them and I will 100% recommend them!
Kyle was the best with help for my storage unit. Very friendly and smart guy. Ashley is great as well and great sense of humor. Would recommend to everyone. My place to go. Thanks guys!
