I had an awesome experience with Extra Space Storage Round Lake Beach location. I setup my account online and received immediate response and access to the unit. The unit was clean and easy to access and locate when I entered the gate with the code I was provided. The price I received is great it was the best I found when I was looking for a new facility.
Customer support people were amazing. Facility is clean and orderly extra space doesn’t get my fifth star because there’s no discount for multiple units. I parked my boat there and have a Storage unit but I have to pay full price for both.
Came in on 4/29/25 for a unit and was assisted by 2 great individuals. Gary and Theo was awesome in every way. I'm great full I was help by them..Awesome
I am apauled by this rate increase...my rate nearly doubled. I had planned to be a long term customer. You will notice that was past tense. How does a company intend to keep customers with that type of behavior? The economy is in tatters and your decision is to double rates? IMO whom ever determined that should tender the thier resignation. I will tell EVERYONE in earshot about this experience and what a careless callous decision extra spaces nameless faceless leadership made to bring additional stress in their good paying ... read more
We rent a 10x30 climate controlled unit. It seems brand new, clean and ‘temp controlled.’ The staff are super friendly. Overall my experience with Extra Space has been pleasant and I would recommend.
