I recently checked in at the Round Lake Beach facility and was greeted warmly by Kathy. She discussed the details of my unit, and provided clear directions to my space. She also acknowledged me while I was leaving. Although it’s the first day, I can see why I continue to choose Extra Space Storage.

I was looking to store my show car for 2-3 months . The first gentleman I talked to over there went outside to take exact measurements to make sure my car would fit in a 10 x 15 unit. Everyone was very helpful especially Linda at the front desk. She said it was her first few days on her own and she did incredible.
