My experience has been very positive from the unit itself, the ease of getting to it, the price is excellent. But I met the manager and he couldn't have been nicer and helpful! I'm only renting it for a short time, but next spring cleaning spree...? Yeah, I'll renting again!
Would have given 5 stars, but there wasn't anyone in the office when we got there. The sign said the office was open until 6pm on week days. We got there @ 5;30 and the office was locked up tight. Other than that, everything went smoothly.
Good price and the location isn’t that bad. I live in Syracuse so it’s like a 15 mins drive. The day I moved in it was snowing and the manager came down from the other store and shoveled out my unit. So far I have no complaints. I got an outside 10 x 10 unit, also check office hours to make sure someone is there if you need assistance moving into a unit.
I’ve been at this facility for over 10 years now. I’ve never had any issues. This is the third change in ownership, and when I went in to speak to the new owners, they were very courteous and changed my information into their system effortlessly. Look forward to working with them.
The Business of renting a storage unit was handled very smoothly all my questions were answered and payment was effortless The young man that assisted me was very professional knowledgeable polite and understanding I had the same experience when I previously rented at this location Thank you
