Once open, I reached out to TC, the site manager. She patiently listened to my particular storage space and needs. She suggested the unit I now happily occupy. It is perfect and well-worth the wait! What a beautiful new store! It's beautiful! The units are so clean and the manager TC was just fabulous. She had a great personality and knew all the answers to my questions! I highly recommend this location to all! Thank you TC and extra space storage for not treating me like a dollar sign and caring about my needs!
I really liked the sign up process and the fact that his is a new facility. Pricing is also good. I signed up in about 10 minutes. I dropped off my first load about 20 minutes later. It could not have been easier! I met the staff who were just putting my name on the unit and inspecting it for cleanliness and they were super friendly and nice.
This was a very pleasant experience for me by far. The people that I spoke with were so professional that I forgot how professionals were supposed to act. The place facility is clean it smells good and I'm just really happy with everything overall!!
