I am relocating to Melbourne, FL following my recent marriage in October, 2024. My husband is a current Extra Space Storage customer himself, and recommended it to me for my storage needs. Once open, I reached out to TC, the site manager. She patiently listened to my particular storage space and needs. She suggested the unit I now happily occupy. It is perfect and well-worth the wait! What a beautiful new store! It's beautiful! The units are so clean and the manager TC was just fabulous. She had a great personality and knew all the answers to my questions! I highly recommend this location to all! Thank you TC and extra space storage for not treating me like a dollar sign and caring about my needs!
I really liked the sign up process and the fact that his is a new facility. Pricing is also good. I signed up in about 10 minutes. I dropped off my first load about 20 minutes later. It could not have been easier! I met the staff who were just putting my name on the unit and inspecting it for cleanliness and they were super friendly and nice.
This was a very pleasant experience for me by far. The people that I spoke with were so professional that I forgot how professionals were supposed to act. The place facility is clean it smells good and I'm just really happy with everything overall!!
The manager was very helpful in helping me find the perfect space for my needs! It is clean and feels much safer than my previous storage unit at another place down the road. It is also very convenient to access! So far I am happy that I chose Extra Space!
