I was late on my payment, and my storage unit was locked very quickly. About a week later, when I needed access to my unit, the lock was still on even though the payment issue had already been handled. This caused a lot of frustration and ended up costing my family money. It took about a week and a phone call to finally get the lock removed, and by that point I no longer needed access to the unit. I am glad to be able to be the first one to make a rating on extra space storage. I've got their smallest storage and the price was 50 something odd dollars last month. I got a bill I was charged a little over 100 so double initial what I was told so I called them and they said the system automatically generates pricing. I don't recall being told my pricing will change due to an automatic system generating anything and I certainly wasn't told it was gonna go double how do you go from $50-$100?
