I am quite impressed with the improvements that I have seen since Extra Space took over management of this store. The site is cleaner and much brighter at night. Paul is very friendly and goes out of his way to help whenever he can.
My brother and I had the pleasure of working with Paul, yesterday (01/16/2025). Super friendly and professional! After a long day of dealing with unfortunate events, he turned a not so great day into a blessing. The facility is clean, office is clean and welcoming, and Paul really cares about the customers. The new company TheExtraspace that took over for public storage is hands down a 5 star service. Their hospitality was surprisingly above and beyond. When i stopped by Paul & Tiffany went above and beyond, to release all the burdens I’ve been dealing with. There wasn’t an inquiry they didn’t address. Highly recommend.
