The ability to go through the process of renting a unit (or moving out of one) online is very simple and convenient. Staff is nice, they checked in to make sure I had no further questions or any doubts. So far my experience with Extra Space Storage has been great.
Clean facilities, awesome staff! Bought my first auction and they made the process easy and enjoyable! The staff was super awesome, especially Sita. He has a great attitude and provides amazing customer service. I am definitely using this place for all my storage needs and to purchase more units!
The service at ETS was great, best prices I could find in Sonoma County by far. Clean well lite, and secure. I especially want to give a shout out for Rebecca. When I was having difficulties with my site size, she locked up her office to help me find a more suitable spot. Pleasant and helpful. Nice to get good service these days. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
There's been 3 different management companies since I first rented at 3512 Santa Rosa storage location. By far, the most professional, capable, and helpful person has been Shawn, with Extra Space Storage who now manages it. Highly recommend.
Rebecca was very helpful and patient with us as we looked for a place to put our 25’Rv. and the price was excellent. the only drawback is that none of the outdoor spots were over 25’ so it was a tight squeeze. but you can’t beat their customer service! And the security looks great.
