It took me five stops to find a storage place that could accommodate the delivery of pods to be unloaded. Shawn was so helpful and kind and easy to work with. Rates are competitive and they had the size unit I needed. The whole thing was so smooth.
The staff is the friendliest staff! Sean and the other guy (I am horrible with names and didn’t write it down 😔) were so helpful! I’ve been with this storage location for quite a few years and through now 3 name and staff changes. Thus far, it is so much better. Staff is attentive and incredibly helpful. 100/10 would recommend!
Great experience renting a space from Extra Space Santa Rosa. My experience was exceptional and Im happy I came to them. I came from WA hauling my stuff with a booked and confirmed reservation storage unit with U-Haul just to be told sorry they couldn't helped me but they DID NOT had a storage unit for me. I was ready to break down in tears because we are staying in a hotel in the meantime our home is ready and not having a place to store our stuff was a nightmare. The ability to go through the process of renting a unit (or moving out of one) online is very simple and convenient. Staff is nice, they checked in to make sure I had no further questions or any doubts. So far my experience with Extra Space Storage has been great.
