Mike At Extra Space Storage was a Great Guy to work with. The Corporate office is a whole different matter. My wife and I rented 3 units at the Escondido location while we sold our home and planned to move out of state. After a couple months into a rental of our first unit, our rent increased from $150 to $250.... with no notice. I stopped by here to check out the prices talked with the really nice guy named Mike. Very reasonable and affordable storage units, I think I’m gonna come back and get a unit here it’s in a great location right off the freeway and seems really convenient for me. The associates were extremely helpful and kind and gave me a quick walk around the facility.

Great experience. Easy to reserve online and even had Mike (location manager) reach out directly to see if I had any questions prior to coming to the unit for the first time. Upon arrival realized that a unit on the 1st floor would be better suited for our needs - was super easy update the lease.
