I stopped by here to check out the prices talked with the really nice guy named Mike. Very reasonable and affordable storage units, I think I’m gonna come back and get a unit here it’s in a great location right off the freeway and seems really convenient for me. The associates were extremely helpful and kind and gave me a quick walk around the facility.
The process was clean and straightforward, and I appreciate the seamless transfer assistance provided. The company also resent the painter to maintain cleanliness, which significantly enhanced my trust in their services. This experience was truly worthwhile.
Mike At Extra Space Storage was a Great Guy to work with. The Corporate office is a whole different matter. My wife and I rented 3 units at the Escondido location while we sold our home and planned to move out of state. After a couple months into a rental of our first unit, our rent increased from $150 to $250.... with no notice. The prices are very competitive. The online storage unit purchase went very smooth. And the unit was clean and ready to move in on my move in date. Very happy with the experience.
Great experience. Easy to reserve online and even had Mike (location manager) reach out directly to see if I had any questions prior to coming to the unit for the first time. Upon arrival realized that a unit on the 1st floor would be better suited for our needs - was super easy update the lease.
