I have been with the storage company for two years and it looks like either ownership or management has turned over and I need to let y’all know that the gentleman upfront Darrell has been absolutely wonderful. We have spoke on the phone a couple of times. I drove up here in person and I’ve never had any problems with this storage unit adding Darrell to your company has been an asset. I look forward to working with him in the future
The new Extra Space Storage facility located in Sugar Hill, GA which used to be Public Storage, it's definitely on my list of favorites! They offer reasonable storage space prices and I also had the awesome opportunity to meet the new store manager Darrell Gaines. He was a nice guy very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. He displayed great customer service skills, which is very rare these days! I will certainly let my friends and relatives know about this storage facility and its new management! I was having a very difficult time communicating over my unit. I was not informed that they had switched over from public storage to extra storage., They had wrong address insist on, but By the grace of God, I finally got in touch with Daryl. He went above and beyond to help me clear things up and redo all of my information. He made it easy and he was a joy to talk to upbeat personality kind in gentle soul.. Thank you so much, Daryl for making my switch much easier and pleasant.
Was impressed by Store Manager Darryl Gaines! A complete professional who did a great job onboarding me. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained
