The place is fantastic. Very clean. All the storage units are convenient to get to. Yvonne at the front desk has always been super nice and very helpful every time I have to go to my storage unit .
Two weeks ago we were happy with the unit we had gotten with Yvonne the contract storage number and the storage we go were two different numbers so they took my husband stuff out and threw it away including pictures of his late father... Don't go there
Yvonne, thank you so much for your assistance today. We were in need of a large parking space. Ms. Yvonne was not only able but willing to assistance!! By providing us with stellar customer service and was very attentive to our needs.
Very fast and attentive. Employee was doing a walk around of the property and let us in quickly and rented us a storage unit with no added pressure sales , front lot was clean and well maintained
Paid 300 dollars to prevent auction and a broken lock yet the took it upon themselves to break it instead of double checking the system if it was paid. And had the audacity to charge me 20 for the replacement lock!
